David Holbrook, Florida Regional Manager

David is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Central Florida.  He graduated from Stanford University in 1992 and received a masters degree from the University of Central Florida in 2001.  David started in the mortgage business with HomeBanc Mortgage.  After a brief time with Countrywide Bank, David partnered with Mike Smalley and Dustin Owen to form the Wellington Group of Waterstone Mortgage.  David focuses on finding the best mortgage option available for his clients.  He has experience closing all types of loans including first time homebuyers, government loans, and non-conforming jumbo options.  David is married with two children, and is the head baseball coach at Bishop Moore High School.
