Lorena Spillar, Senior Mortgage Advisor - Ft. Walton Beach, FL

Lorena Spillar is a Florida Pandhandle native. She was born in the area in 1965 when her father was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base.  The family moved around the United States after that but eventually landed back in the Panhandle. Lorena is graduate of Choctawhatchee High School.

Lorena started her banking career in 1986 and has more than 24 years experience in banking and mortgage lending. She is committed to providing the best products and service for her clients. She specializes in VA, FHA, Rural Housing, condominium, new construction, second home and investment property loans.

Lorena is involved in many civic and professional organizations such as the Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce of which she has served on the Board of Directors for 3 years and will be Board Chairman in 2011. She participated in the Honorary Commander program at Hurlburt Air Force Base  (wow what a great experience) and is involved in the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, Builders Industry Association and BNI.

Lorena currently resides in Bluewater Bay with husband Rick Purvis, daughter Jackie and their precious Shih Tzu Tyler. Lorena enjoys being outdoors kayaking, boating & waverunning. She loves to go camping with her family
