Marietta Williams, Senior Mortgage Advisor - Jupiter, FL

Marietta G. Williams is a Florida Native, a rarity!!!  She was born and raised in West Palm Beach.

She spent the first 23 years of her residential mortgage banking career with SunTrust Mortgage.  Marietta was consistently in the President's Club year after year.  She joined Waterstone Mortgage in June of 2010. Marietta  was looking for a way to help more of her clients and Waterstone Mortgage was the answer!!  With Waterstone's extensive list of investors that she is able to use, it allowed her to enhance her ability to be a better mortgage advisor to her clients. Also, with the onsite processing and big picture underwriting, she has found that her move was the right one!

Her business is built on referrals and past clients.  She takes care of each client with the expectation that they will become a life long client.  Customer Satisfaction is her number one goal.  

Marietta can do residential mortgage loans from FHA to Jumbo to Conventional. Since she has been originating mortgage loans since 1987, she believes that experience makes all of the difference!!
