Tom Weinard was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in the Florida Keys. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Psychology. Tom joined Waterstone Mortgage with over 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Tom has more than 20 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service. During his career, he has been involved in national and international expansion efforts with several major companies.

As a Mortgage Advisor, Tom strives to create comprehensive mortgage packages that suit the needs of each individual customer. His dedication to his clients, knowledge of the industry and commitment to quality service, help make the mortgage process easy and hassle free for agents, builders and homebuyers.

Tom resides in Longwood with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children. They are involved with Boy Scouts of America. Tom remains active in the University of Florida Alumni Association and enjoys playing both tennis and golf. Additionally, he is a Board Member of the Lake Brantley Rowing Association and the President of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity House Corporation at the University of Central Florida.
