Nate Morris, Senior Mortgage Advisor - Winter Park, FL

Nate Morris was born in Chattanooga, TN but has lived in the Orlando area for the past 19 years where he graduated from Lake Brantley High School, Rollins College and Crummer Graduate School of Business. In college, Nate studied economics and business, and obtained his M.B.A. in finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, FL.

Nate has always wanted to be in the mortgage banking arena and after just one year as a branch manager of a banking institution out of college, he entered the mortgage banking industry. Nate has 10 years of mortgage banking experience under his belt and has excelled in all aspects of mortgage banking.

Nate has held many title’s in the mortgage industry from loan officer to area manager overseeing 4 mortgage offices in Stuart, Daytona Beach, Gainesville and Orlando, FL areas. In addition, he is the past president of the Mortgage Banker’s Association of Central Florida and currently sits on the Mortgage Banker’s Association of Florida board of directors. He is also very active in the community by volunteering his time to Habitat for Humanity, The Give Hope Foundation and the American Cancer Society. He was also elected to the Crummer Graduate School of Business alumni board of directors in 2010.

Nate believes that customer service is an attitude and not a department. He prides himself in providing clients the best customer service and communication throughout the mortgage process. He also believes that every client’s transaction is different and is there to take the time to thoroughly explain the mortgage and the home buying or refinancing process, as well as giving clear expectations of the process. He is always available on his cell phone, after normal business hours, and on most weekends for convenience.

In his free time, Nate enjoys scuba diving, wakeboarding, snowboarding, golf, tennis and just spending time in the wonderful Florida Keys. He also loves to travel and experience new places.
