Patrice began her mortgage career as a loan processor in 1998, and has been a part of the growth that has taken place over the years. Her clients range from first time homebuyers to seasoned investment buyers. Patrice believes that to be effective, one must study the industry and keep pace with the quick and ever changing market. Patrice has been an active parishioner of Saint Mary Catholic Church for more than 30 years, where she participates as a music minister within her congregation. Patrice has lived in the Florida Panhandle since the early 1970s when her father was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. She and her husband have two children, a son who is currently attending the University of West Florida and a daughter attending Fort Walton Beach High School. Patrice attended college locally at the former Okaloosa-Walton Jr. College and later Troy State University. Patrice believes in educating her clients throughout the home purchase transaction so that they are comfortable with their financing decisions and able to be more knowledgeable when they make their next purchase. Homeownership is truly a part of the American dream, and Patrice is humbled to play a role in achieving that dream for her clients. Please call Patrice anytime. She is available by phone or email. |
